Dr. Fethi Inan is an Assistant Professor of Educational Instructional Technology at Texas Tech University. Dr. Inan has diverse background and experience in instructional design, web programming and statistics. Previously, Dr. Inan has been involved design and development of numerous online tutorials, course management systems, and adaptive web based learning environments. In addition, Dr. Inan worked as an evaluator and statistician for several state-wide technology evaluation projects including Tennessee's K-12 EdTech Launch and Michigan’s Freedom to Learn state-wide programs.

Dr. Raymond Flores is an Assistant Professor of Middle/Secondary Mathematics Education at Wichita State University. His experience and interests are in technology integration/tool implementation in mathematics for high school and middle school. He has an Ed.D in instructional technology, a B.S. and M.S. in mathematics, and is a former high school and undergraduate math instructor.

Fatih Ari is a part time technology instructor in the College of Education at Texas Tech University. He is a former programmer and has extensive skills and experience in web programming and database development.

Dr. Jerry Dwyer is an Associate Professor of Mathematics & Statistics. In recent years, he has focused his work on issues of math education and developed a range of K-12 outreach projects. Dr. Dwyer currently serves as Coordinator of STEM Outreach and has managed several other NSF funded grants.

Mr. Wayne Morren is the principal of Floydada High School in Floydada, Texas. Mr. Morren have been a pioneer principal in regard to technology integration in the classroom in the West Texas area.
